Strategy Execution

Most organisations have sound strategic plans. However, many of these plans do not yield the desired outcome, often because of poor execution, lack of alignment, poor accountability or inability to prioritize.

The ALA Strategy Execution programme is designed to help organisations develop a detailed operational plan for the CEO for the year ahead, derived from the corporate strategy but focused on the current situation. From there, we help the CEO to cascade strategic objectives and actions to team members in a way that will drive alignment, clarity and focus.

To achieve this the full team go through an experiential 2-day workshop to understand the Mission Leadership philosophy. Every team member builds their cascaded plans, to be debated and aligned to the CEO’s.

By the end, everyone leaves with their own plan, with a clear understanding of their role within the bigger organisation and a deep understanding not only of what they have to do but why they have to do it.

This programme is for CEOs or Operational Leaders who want to break silos within the team, improve delegation, harden accountability, course correct the team’s progress and model inspirational leadership behaviours.
