The ALA Masterclass is a hands-on programme designed to impact entrepreneurs and business leaders via a powerful and sustainable learning experience.
The 3-week impact programme has 3 separate modules, each running for a week. These can be done at different times and not necessarily in a set order.

A. Strategy Execution
This module brings together all our skills, experience and tools to help business professionals and entrepreneurs identify their purpose and values, bring their vision to life, communicate their vision to all stakeholders and align their colleagues towards delivering it.
B. Strategies for Geometric Growth Masterclass
This module is designed for entrepreneurs who are interested in equipping themselves for leading their companies into the future. The focus is on overall business management and governance for sustainability.
It also features a sharing session with Champions of Business and Entrepreneurship across Africa. Here, they share the stories of their journeys and the experience gained from overcoming the adversity faced in building their successes.
C. Business Structure, Governance and Transformation:
This module has been designed to help business executives and entrepreneurs develop their business model playbook following the high-level intent defined in the Strategy & Execution Module.
It is an iterative process composed of teaching by faculty members, presentations of ideas, experience sharing, and personal reflections.
It also features sharing sessions with Champions of Business and Entrepreneurship across Africa. Here, they share the stories of their journeys and the experience gained from overcoming the adversity faced in building their successes.
