The ALA Effective Leadership programme is a 2-series workshop that dives deep into improving leadership in your environment. We include an online self-assessment session to build a robust individual profile for all participants.
Through a carefully coached process, we then share the group profile with your team. This will show the impact individuals have on the team; how the composition of the team impacts performance; and how the group needs to behave to have maximum effect. Clients also use the findings for coaching, development, recruitment and profiling.
