In the ALA Executive Coaching programme, we work with leaders to strengthen their ability to lead through turbulent times. This often includes changing mindsets, finding new ways of working, influencing internally and externally, and making tough decisions in uncertainty.
Executive Coaching can be used to support and underpin Leadership Development, Effective Leadership and other ALA programmes. Why not offer it to senior and aspiring leaders with the chance to prove that they can rise to their maximum potential?
Most programmes last 6 months, involve one-on-one coaching and come after a strong business case has been proposed to our experienced international coaching faculty.
