Austin mentors Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs to scale their businesses. He is passionate about creating jobs, development and prosperity. CWG Plc, the company which he founded over 30 years ago, has been recognized as a ‘Global Growth Company’ by the World Economic  Forum and is the largest security listed in the Technology Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.  Since retiring from CWG, Austin has founded the Ausso Leadership Academy (ALA) in pursuance of his vision of Shared Prosperity.

Currently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, New York, Austin has also facilitated at the  United States International University in Kenya and has been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Global  Business School Network in Washington in recognition of his contribution to the development of business education and knowledge transfer in Africa.

Austin has served on the World Economic Forum’s Global Agenda Council for Innovation and Intrapreneurship and has consulted for the Sustainable Development Goals, African Center in Rwanda. He has recently been appointed to the Global Business Practices Council where he and other global business leaders are looking at how the private sector can positively impact society.

Austin was recognized with a Lifetime Entrepreneurship Achievement Award by the American University of  Nigeria in 2017 for his outstanding entrepreneurial accomplishments. Among other accolades he has also been listed on the UK C.Hub Magazine’s 100 Most Influential Creatives. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Austin is a resident of London, Lagos and Accra.

Chris is a trusted advisor to the C-suite with a long-term track record of consulting in strategy development & execution, behavioural alignment, performance and digital development.  Chris is proud of his services and advice to many of Africa’s leading firms over the past 25  years.

After graduating from Cambridge, Chris spent time in the British military before a long career on the commercial side of Diageo where he led a large regional salesforce and was the director responsible for building brands, driving capability and talent development.

Starting in 2007, Chris built the Africa practice of a global management consulting firm into a significant business focused on creating strategy and then implementing it to deliver sustainable growth for large organisations.

Over the next fifteen years, he led and delivered a variety of projects including: developing the strategy and driving the subsequent three-year implementation for a pan-African insurer; partnering with the CEO of a major bank to take it from no 3 to no 1 bank in East Africa in 5 years; supporting a US  Retailer in the biggest organizational change programme in corporate US history; and working alongside Austin Okere and his team to take CWG Plc from a Nigerian to pan African player listed on the NSE.

Chris specializes in driving the commercial agenda with his clients, developing new markets, and building organisations and talent.

He is a resident of the UK and Kenya.

Anthony has worked closely with executives at the C-suite consulting in strategy development & execution, executive search and executive coaching. His varied experience and the deep understanding of business he has gained over 25 years have helped the organizations he worked for achieve extraordinary results.

With 17 years of experience at the C-suite level, Anthony is an experienced strategy consultant focusing on strategic planning and execution as well as on leadership development. He is also an executive search consultant and has successfully carried out over 80 senior-level recruitments in the recent past for various organizations both locally and abroad. He is a Senior Client Partner at Corporate Moves Africa.

Anthony has worked with large and small organizations both locally and across other African countries to support strategy development and execution. These include companies like Barclays Bank of Kenya, Guinness Cameroon (Diageo), Liberty Life and Heritage Insurance and Eclectics International among others.

Before his stint at Career Connections, Anthony was the Principal Consultant for Africa at McKinney Rogers. He also served as Kenya Country Manager for ACCA, the global professional accountancy body for 10 years; with Cadbury as Marketing Manager and with Total Kenya responsible for Marketing and Communications.

Anthony is also a certified Executive Coach through the Academy of Executive Coaches (UK) and has coached senior executives from diverse sectors and organizations.

Krystle is ALA’s Lead facilitator and certified coach. She is our clients’ go-to person for a seamless consulting experience. She coordinates the day-to-day business operations to ensure they are efficiently and resourcefully managed in order to achieve the corporate objective of engendering shared prosperity.

Krystle has over 6 years’ worth of extensive experience in directing and enhancing the implementation of projects, strategic initiatives, event management, procurement, office administration, compliance implementation, contract analysis and HR operations.

She holds an LLB from the Igbinedion University, Nigeria and was enrolled in the Nigerian Law School after which she was called to the Nigerian Bar.

She also holds a certification from the Chartered Institute for Personnel Management and is a member of the CIPM.

Krystle holds the ICF-approved Diploma in Systemic Coaching awarded by MurphyBishop Ltd.
